I placed my order a while ago and it still hasn’t arrived, where is it?

Delivery times depend on your location and the postage service you selected. You may be able to check the status of your delivery by using the tracking number provided to you via email when your item was dispatched. Does the price of my order include tax?

If you’re in Australia or the United States, the cost of your item automatically includes relevant taxes.

 

I’m purchasing from outside of Australia, how much is postage?

International postage is really affordable! You will find a postage calculator once you have entered your address on the checkout page.

 

I want to stock your products in my physical or online store. What does this cost and how should I go about it?
