While we aim to please, Soleil Australia do not refund products due to a change of mind, so choose wisely! While each product goes through quality authorisation prior to dispatch, Soleil Australia will exchange a faulty item in the unlikely event one is received. To process an exchange on a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions. An exchange will only be approved once Soleil Australia have received and evaluated the product. Returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order.
