Taxes & Duties

All prices on Soleil Australia are charged in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Tracking

All customers will be supplied with a tracking number once an order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, Soleil Australia transfers ownership and responsibility of the order to the customer. Customers are required to liaise directly with the postage provider when monitoring its movements, or in the unlikely event an order is damaged or goes missing.

 

Delivery times

Australia	All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard post takes 1 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Express post orders placed by 9am on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise the next business day. Express post takes 1 - 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Soleil Australia is not responsible for delivery delays once your order is with the shipping company.
United States	All orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Pre-Orders

If you have purchased a pre-order product, it will be dispatched automatically as soon as the item arrives into stock. When this occurs, you will receive a confirmation email detailing tracking information for the order. If you have placed an order which includes pre-order and currently available products, your whole order will be sent together when the pre-order item is available.
